Chicken Boerewors

1kg
Kenchic boerewors
½
red pepper, cubed
4
skewer sticks
30 ml
soya sauce
1
onion, peeled and cut into chunks
½
green pepper, cubed
60 ml
sweet chilli sauce
5 ml
olive oil

Method

  1. Thread pieces of boerewors onto the skewer stick, alternating with the vegetables.
  2. Pan fry the sticks on medium heat with the olive oil until it is done to your preference.
  3. Mix the chilli and soya sauce to make a dipping sauce.
