At Naivas, we believe in growing talent from within. Our Graduate Training Program is an intensive nine-month initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience across various retail business functions. Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure, trainees gain valuable insights into the dynamic world of modern retail, preparing them for impactful careers within Naivas.
What to Expect:
