INGREDIENTS
Spicy chicken, rolled into a soft chapatti and served with freshly made kachumbari…what more could you ask for!
Kenchic chicken breast, cut into strips

red bell pepper, sliced

tsp mixed herbs

Chopped Tomatoes

cups of Unga

cup Oil

tbsp. paprika

Chopped onions
Chopped dhania leaves
kachumbari (vegetable salad)
Salt to taste
Method
- To make the chapatti, mix together flour, oil, salt, and water. Knead for 5 minutes to form the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and press together with your palms. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a round shape.
- Place the chapatti into a heated pan, flip over once you see bubbles start forming.
- Add hot oil to the pan and place the chicken strips to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add peppers, paprika, mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
- Fill the chicken into your chapatti. Add fresh kachumbari into the mixture and roll for the perfect bite sized meal.
