Chicken Vienna Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of Interchick Vienna
1 pack of spaghetti (any)
4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1 large carrot, peeled & diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, peeled & diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
cooking oil
Method
- Cook the pasta until done then set aside
- Put a skillet over medium heat
- Heat some oil and fry the onions
- Add diced tomatoes, minced garlic and a bit of water
- Let it simmer until golden
- Add carrots and green pepper
- Add Interchick Vienna (sliced)
- Season with salt & pepper
- Mix with the spaghetti
