Breakfast Chicken Vienna Poppers

1 pack of Interchick Vienna (diced)
Sweet potatoes (grated or blended)
1 large carrot, peeled & diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, peeled & diced
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
Cooking oil
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 70℃
- Strain excess liquid from the raw sweet potatoes.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using hands
- Place them onto a baking sheet
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
- (Flip half way through baking)
