Breakfast Chicken Vienna Poppers

INGREDIENTS

Let ‘s try out some South African cuisine with this recipe.

Interchick Vienna

1 pack of Interchick Vienna (diced)
Sweet potatoes (grated or blended)
1 large carrot, peeled & diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, peeled & diced
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ teaspoon of salt
Cooking oil

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 70℃
  2. Strain excess liquid from the raw sweet potatoes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using hands
  5. Place them onto a baking sheet
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
  7. (Flip half way through baking)
