INGREDIENTS

A scrumptious dish that originated in South Africa but has won the hearts of every Kenyan!

Chicken

Interchic boneless chicken breasts
Bread crumbs

of oil
crushed Salt
2
Eggs
beaten Salt and pepper
1
clove garlic

Method

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each of your chicken breasts and rub gently.
  2. Dip the chicken breasts one by one into beaten eggs and then into bread crumbs to coat.
  3. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Fry the garlic until it’s golden and then discard the garlic.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and brown on both sides, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side, or until a fork can pierce the chicken.
  6. Cooking time will vary depending on how thick your chicken breast is.
  7. Serve with roasted potatoes or chips
